    Pool FAQ's

Can we bring guests in with us to use the pool?

Yes! You can bring guests, we sell a daily guest pool pass for $12 plus tax. The pass is good for the entire day at the pool, so your guests can come and go during the day and only pay once. The guest MUST be with the pool member at all times. They can't come by themselves.

We also sell a Bulk Pool Pass for $95 plus tax which includes 10 guest pool passes that can be used throughout the year. The bulk guest pass expires on December 31 of the year it is purchased. This is the best deal if you think you will have more than one guest throughout the year.

Does the pool membership include my entire family?

The pool membership is good for a family who share the same residence up to 6 people. If there are additional family members that live in the same home over 6 people, you must pay $50 per additional family member. If you have family members that don't live in your home, they can pay a guest fee for the day.

Can we bring in food and beverages to the pool area?

Unfortunately, you can not bring in your own food and beverages to our facility. We have a liquor license and we can not allow outside alcohol on our premises.

We offer a full bar with drink specials, wine, beer, soda, etc. We also offer a menu with a variety of food options.

Please note that if you bring in outside food or beverages, your membership will be revoked and you will not be issued a refund.

We have an infant who requires formula, can we bring in a small cooler for our baby's needs?

Yes, if you have a small child who requires special formula or food, we will allow a small soft insulated bag. However, we may ask to look inside the small cooler.

Can I have a babysitter or nanny bring my children to the pool?

Yes, we know that parents work during the day and sometimes a caregiver will bring your children to the pool when you can't be there. Please let our staff know the name of the caretaker so we can put their name in our system.

However, if your caretaker comes with you to the pool and they bring additional guests, we require a guest pass for the caretaker and their children/guests.

Can we bring coolers into the pool area?

We have lots of food and beverage options, so there is no reason to bring in a cooler to the pool. Since we have our liquor license, we can not allow personal alcoholic drinks on our property. Plus, you are at the pool to enjoy the day and take a break. Sit back and let our staff serve you and your needs while you enjoy our resort-style pool.

Do you have shower facilities?

Yes, both our men's and women's bathroom facilities have showers.

Can my child bring his/her floaties or a small inflatable ring?

Yes, your child can bring floaties and a small ring. However, we do not allow large floats such as pizza slices, large unicorns, reclining floats, or any float larger than a small circle around your body.

Do you have a lifeguard on duty?

No, we do not have a lifeguard on duty. Our pool is a swim at your own risk pool. We have a zero entry area that gradually gets deeper, and the deepest part of our pool is six feet.

Can we give our guests or friends the code to the pool gate?

No, you may not give the code to any non-pool members. Your pool membership will be revoked and you will not be refunded your membership.

Each month we will send out an email with the new pool gate code. Please check your emails regularly for the gate code.

Can I have a party at the pool?

We would be happy to host a party at our pool. If you want to have a birthday party during normal pool hours, we have several birthday packages for you to choose from that will best fit your needs.

If you would like to rent the pool space during non-pool hours, we can arrange for that for you as well. Only members of the pool can host a pool party during pool hours.

Can we throw footballs, frisbees or any balls in the pool area?

Unfortunately, we have had multiple injuries occur from throwing footballs, frisbees, and other items in the pool and pool area. We no longer allow throwing of balls of any kind other than an inflatable beach ball.

Can my children bring squirt guns or squirt noodles?

Unfortunately, we don't allow squirt guns or anything that squirts in the pool or pool area.

How long is the pool membership?

The pool membership runs through the end of the calendar year, so it begins on the day you purchase your membership until December 31 of that calendar year.

Do I get a discount if I purchase my pool membership halfway through the calendar year?

No, our pool membership price is the same regardless of what month you purchase your pool membership. However, we do offer an Early Bird Rate of $595 plus tax in the month of November for the following year.

Can I bring my pet to the pool?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed inside the pool area unless they are a service animal.

Is the pool heated?

No, however, since the pool is only six feet deep in the deepest area, the pool stays warmer well into the fall.

Do you cool the pool in the hotter months?

No, we do not have the capability to run cool water into the pool in the hotter months. After all, we do live in Florida.

Do you allow smoking/vaping inside the pool area?

No, we do not allow smoking or vaping in the pool area. Please leave the gated area to smoke or vape.

Are infants required to wear swim diapers?

Yes! Anyone that is not fully potty trained is required to wear swim diapers. If a child has an accident in the pool, we must close the pool and a fee will be charged to the member of the child.

How old does my child need to be to come to the pool by themselves?

Children 12 and over can come to the pool without an adult. Children 11 and younger must be supervised and accompanied by an adult.

Will the pool ever be closed for a private event, due to weather conditions, or for maintenance?

We reserve the right to close the pool at our discretion for any unforeseen reasons. This is extremely rare, but if we do have to close the pool, we will notify our pool members via email, or Facebook/Instagram.

What months are the pool open throughout the year?

Since the pool stays warm well into November some years, we do not close the pool during the year. You are welcome to come enjoy the pool and/or the pool deck throughout the year of your membership.

Please note that during the winter we make repairs to the pool, pool deck, pool equipment, etc.
